Keith co-founded Craneware in 1999 and has served as its CEO ever since. Under Keith’s guidance, The Craneware Group became recognised as the pioneer in value cycle management and a leading provider of superior products and professional services. Keith’s direction has helped Craneware to win multiple prestigious awards in such areas as international achievement, business growth strategy and innovation. Keith was named The Entrepreneurial Exchange’s “Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year 2003” and was a finalist in the 2004 World Young Business Achiever Award, winning the Award of Excellence in the Business Strategy category. He received the UK Software & Technology Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Ernst & Young in 2008 and was the Insider Elite Young Business Leader of the Year in 2009. Prior to launching Craneware, Keith worked primarily in international management, where he handled sales, marketing and technical consulting for companies with operations around the world. He studied Physics at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, receiving a bachelor’s degree in 1991.

Craig was appointed to the Board on 15 September 2008, just as the company was entering its second year as a publicly traded corporation on the London Stock Exchange. As CFO, he directs The Craneware Group’s financial operations in both the United Kingdom and United States. Craig has significant experience in senior financial roles with other private and public technology companies, including those with a multi-national presence. Prior to The Craneware Group, he was group director of finance and company secretary at Intec Telecom Systems plc. Earlier, he served as corporate development manager at London Bridge Software plc. During his time there, he also held the role of CFO for Phoenix International, a previously NASDAQ-traded software company, following its acquisition by London Bridge. Earlier in his career, Craig worked for Deloitte in both the United Kingdom and United States. Craig has a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sheffield. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Issy was appointed to the board on 27 April 2022 as The Craneware Group’s Chief People Officer, Issy drives sustainable growth and facilitates change through a focus on the people at Craneware, building a stronger, more resilient company. Issy is responsible for delivering the human resources and organization development strategies, as well as overseeing facilities management at The Craneware Group.

Issy brings 25-plus years of strategic and operational global HR experience gained across a number of sectors including Technology, BPO, mature FMCG and Financial Services. Key strengths are her breadth and depth of global HR expertise across all facets of HR and OD, especially talent development and acquisition, M&A, change management and global reward strategies.

Most notably prior to joining The Craneware Group Issy worked at CommScope Inc, Wolfson Microelectronics plc and Convergys Corporation in executive HR roles, where alongside delivering the HR agenda, she lead wide-scale change programs to deliver acquisitions, changes in business strategies, and operating models.

Derek Paterson

Derek Paterson

Chief Information Officer

As the Chief Information Officer, Derek links technology to The Craneware Group strategy, developing new capabilities and services, which translate into success for The Craneware Group and its customers.

Derek joined The Craneware Group shortly after it was founded and built the main production system used by the company for orders, product delivery, and installation tracking, and created and managed its support department – consistently recognized by KLAS for excellence. Derek also authored the initial version of The Craneware Group’s first Web-based reference tool, Online Reference Toolkit® , and led design of its Pharmacy ChargeLink® and Supplies ChargeLink® products.

Prior to joining The Craneware Group, Derek worked in local government within the United Kingdom, including serving as development officer (IT) for the finance department of the City of Edinburgh Council. In this capacity, he developed early intranet applications as well as database applications and financial reporting systems that resulted in significant cost savings.

Lidia Rodriguez-Hupp

Lidia Rodriguez-Hupp brings more than 23 years’ experience in 340B software and program maintenance, and six years in various staff positions within the US House of Representatives, to her current position as Chief Customer Officer. As Chief Customer Officer, her goal is to provide a 5-star customer experience that builds long-term partnerships, ensuring our customer base successfully leverages our entire suite of applications. Lidia has held various roles during her tenure at Sentry, the most recent being Chief of Corporate Initiatives, 340B Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President. Lidia currently serves as an Advisory Board Committee Member for IPMI’s Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute, where she is instrumental in helping to shape program content.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Seth expertly leads Sales, Account Management and Consulting, bringing to market The Craneware Group’s superior value cycle suite of solutions and services.

With more than 20 years of healthcare experience across North America serving in a variety of sales leadership roles with firms ranging from Fortune 15 companies to start up organizations, Seth brings in-depth skill in consultative, strategic, and complex sales processes with a history of attracting and retaining talent to develop highly effective selling teams.

Aiding and advising top healthcare organizations in improving their business performance for sustainable long-term success, Seth’s considered knowledge of healthcare business and information technology solutions is respected for providing valuable insights that help healthcare organizations to mitigate risk and improve profitability.

Eric Carter

As business partner, counselor, and advisor, Eric plays a critical role in ensuring The Craneware Group’s compliance and governance capabilities. In support of The Craneware Group’s reputation as a trusted partner to hundreds of U.S. hospitals, Eric’s focus is emerging legal issues involving technology, the protection of patient rights, and regulatory compliance.

Eric joined as The Craneware Group’s Chief Legal Officer in October 2017 after serving as the Company’s external general counsel for nine years. Eric’s 20-year legal career is notable for trial work as legal counsel and advisor to companies ranging in size from small technology start-ups to large, publicly-traded companies across numerous sectors, including energy, telecom, healthcare, insurance, and financial services. In support of The Craneware Group’s reputation as a trusted partner to hundreds of U.S. hospitals, Eric’s focus is emerging legal issues involving technology, the protection of patient rights, and regulatory compliance.

Eric was a science major at Harvard before studying law at the University of Miami and the University of Missouri.

Mark Montgomery

Mark provides strategic and operational leadership for The Craneware Group, leading the marketing team. Mark also leads the corporate development function for US based investor and M&A activities.

Mark received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Tennessee Temple University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia.

Prior to joining The Craneware Group, Mark led the customer experience teams at Experian Healthcare. This included all customer delivery services, including implementation and training, reimbursement consulting, client support, account management and central operations. Mark joined Experian in 2011 with the acquisition of Medical Present Value, Inc. (MPV). Additionally, Mark spent eight years with McKesson and 17 years with Lanier Healthcare in a variety of strategic sales, marketing and operations roles.

Tara Hanuscak

Chief Transformation Officer

Tara Hanuscak, PharmD, MS is changing health care delivery one business segment at a time. While serving as the Pharmacy Business Director at OhioHealth, she assembled and led a team who dramatically changed the way pharmacy finance, revenue cycle, supply chain and analytics were done, driving $70M favorable budget variance in one year. She eventually moved outside of pharmacy, working with the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and harnessing her skills for turning talk into action to solve big problems in the areas of retail health, strategic pricing and managing care coordination for chronic conditions. Tara currently leads the Business Transformation function at The Craneware Group. The Transformation team partners with internal customers to boost our high performing learning organization, remove friction and blaze new trails so that we efficiently achieve what was once out of reach. Tara received her Master of Science in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Doctorate of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University.

Abhilesh brings a wealth of experience to the CTO role, with over 20 years of Engineering experience including leading engineering teams at Cerner and Sentry Data Systems (SDS) Inc., before taking a leading role on the Product Board of the Craneware Group following the SDS acquisition. He owns overall responsibility for Platform Engineering; Revenue Intelligence, Medication and Supply and Data Innovation.
