The Craneware Group offers employees and their families major medical insurance, which include prescription drug coverage.  Access to our telehealth program  is included in our medical coverage, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.

The Craneware Group also offers a Medical Opt-Out Program for those who wish not to utilize the company’s medical benefit plan. Employees who decline the medical insurance will receive a monthly and year-end payroll contribution with proof of alternate insurance coverage.

The Craneware Group offers HSA and FSA, where employees can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified medical and dependent care expenses as members of the high-deductible medical coverage offering. Employees also receive  generous company contributions to boost their own healthcare savings.

Our dental insurance offers employees and their dependents access to a national network of providers. The plan covers 100% preventive care and 80% of basic restoration work and includes adult and child orthodontic coverage.

A distinguishing factor of our vision package is the option to select in-network or out-of-network coverage. The vision plan includes 100% coverage on medically necessary lenses and contacts every 12 months. Discounts are also available for laser vision correction.

The Craneware Group offers company-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance for all employees. Coverage for Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance is also available for employees and their families.

Short-Term & Long-term Disability insurance is available and is 100% company-paid. This disability insurance provides employees with the reassurance of income when a life-altering event happens.

The Craneware Group provides a paid leave benefit for parents of newborns or adoptive children to help support the overall welfare of the entire family.

To promote employee wellness and a healthier lifestyle, The Craneware Group offers a Wellness Incentive for those employees who complete their preventive care checkups annually. Employees and their dependents who are covered under the Craneware medical plan can participate.
